A Panchakarma Ayurveda centre in a jungle-style garden in Ubud, Bali
Oneworld Ayurveda began its Bali work in 2016 at Tegallalang, a rice terrace sanctuary with more open surroundings. In 2022 it opened a second centre in Ubud. The Ubud centre is set in a jungle-style garden and offers classic Balinese accommodation. The two centres describe the same Panchakarma, delivered with the same care, in different settings.
The Ubud centre keeps a fixed rhythm. Panchakarma stays run from 7 to 21 nights and start on a Sunday, which gives each group a shared beginning. The centre publishes a Panchakarma calendar of start dates. A seven-night stay is priced from IDR 37.15 million.
Panchakarma is the classical Ayurvedic course of cleansing and rejuvenation treatments, and here it is overseen by Ayurvedic physicians and delivered by skilled therapists. Guests are encouraged to find their constitution first. A free two-minute dosha quiz is offered before they speak with a physician. Oneworld's pages name the concerns the programs address: detox and rejuvenation, stress, fatigue and sleep, metabolic and digestive issues, women's health, weight, bone and joint health, and gentle support during recovery after cancer.
Not every stay is a full course. A Shorter Stay is three days and two nights. Ayurvedic consultations can be held online or in person, and a seven-day online detox can be done at home. The Ubud centre also hosts private groups who want to run their own Panchakarma, and Oneworld offers a Destination Bali journey for before or after a stay. The Ubud centre's pages name Dr. Rigin K.C., BAMS, among the physicians.
