Lars Muhl

Lars Muhl is a Danish author, seer and musician. The German description of one of his retreats says he began his career as a musician. His books include 'Lyset i et menneskes hjerte' (The Light Within a Human Heart), 'Gudsformlen' (The God Formula), 'Det Sande og Det Evige' and 'Skæbnespejlet'. He has also made the documentary 'Seeren' about his spiritual mentor Calle de Montségur, known as the Seer. Lars became the Seer's apprentice after the Seer healed him of a long-term illness that no doctor could diagnose. The film draws on footage he recorded when they first met in 1998 and covers his three years as an apprentice.

His teaching draws on the mystery tradition of the Essenes and the Therapeuts. He works with Aramaic chanting, vocal practice, sound healing, prayer, meditation, intuition and healing. The White Dove Teachings cover practices such as Sacred Breath, the Blessing of the Water, the IAO and the Chariot of Fire. Descriptions of his retreats say he works intuitively in the holy instant, so no two retreats are the same. He has led retreats and workshops in Denmark, England, the Netherlands and Germany, and he lived on Samsø from 1991 to 2002.

Lars has spoken about his work on Danish radio, including DR P1 and Radio24syv, and in conversation with actor Thure Lindhardt about his book. He also writes a blog.
